The dehydration method to dry superfood leaves, such as wheatgrass, spinach or moringa, is a process that removes moisture from the leaves using low heat and air circulation. This process helps to preserve the nutritional value of the leaves while extending their shelf life.

We are using dehydration method to dry the products. However in this method the nutritional values are the leaves retained.

When grinding leaves, it is essential to use completely dry leaves to prevent the powder from becoming clumpy and moldy. Once the leaves are completely dry, remove the stems by gently pulling them off.
