DEHYDRATION

The dehydration method to dry superfood leaves, such as wheatgrass, spinach or moringa, is a process that removes moisture from the leaves using low heat and air circulation. This process helps to preserve the nutritional value of the leaves while extending their shelf life.

We are using dehydration method to dry the products. However in this method the nutritional values are the leaves retained.

GRINDING

When grinding leaves, it is essential to use completely dry leaves to prevent the powder from becoming clumpy and moldy. Once the leaves are completely dry, remove the stems by gently pulling them off. Additionally, be sure to store the powder in an airtight container to prevent moisture from getting in and spoiling the powder.

BLENDING

The blending process involves using a blender or a food processor to mix ingredients together to create a smooth and consistent texture. Add the ingredients to the blender in the order specified in the recipe or instruction manual. Typically, liquids are added first followed by solid ingredients. POWDER FILLING

With manual filling, the powder is scooped or poured into the container by hand. Thus with automated filling, the powder is fed into the machine and it is dispensed into the containers.

Organic certification ( USDA Organic, Indian Organic)
