The meeting began with a warm welcome from our leadership team. They thanked all departments—production, quality, packaging, administration, logistics, marketing, and housekeeping—for their constant support and teamwork. Each team member plays a vital role in making Grenera a trusted name in organic products.

During the meeting, we celebrated the key achievements of the year. From meeting export targets to introducing new products and expanding our farms, none of these would have been possible without the team’s hard work. Special recognition was given to individuals and teams who showed outstanding performance, commitment, and team spirit.

We presented certificates of appreciation and small gifts to employees as a token of gratitude. It was a proud moment to see team members receive applause from their peers. Our Managing Director addressed the team with a heartfelt message. He spoke about the importance of unity, consistency, and commitment. He appreciated how the team faced challenges, especially during busy seasons and export deadlines, and still delivered quality without compromise.
